My uncle is having retail store business and he has planned to maintain all the management by using the latest technology. He is very much interested in automation and he loved to learn about the latest technologies. He used to discuss with people about how to implement the carious technologies in his business. Initially he made his entire invoice through some application software and later he maintained stock in the system. He himself develops the knowledge about the various software packages and application. He used to check and enter the stock which are from the distribution center in the system and maintain his stock accurately. The technology helped him a lot to have trouble free management and accurate maintenance. His business is going on developing day by day. He is still in the search of technologies and invention to make his business even better. He is having a good interpersonal skill and it on the other hand helped him to have more customers. He is so friendly with his customers and it is the main factor for a retail business. Most of the customers are expecting more accuracy and quality irrespective of business. So he is concentrating more on these factors and other expectations of the customers.
