My father has planned to sell one of his properties which is outside the town. He has panned to sell his farm house which he found very hard to manage. He is so old and he found too hard to move over there to maintain it. He has contacted a contractor regarding this property. He met my father and they had a good discussion about the property and it price. We used to spend our holidays during my childhood in that farm house and we have some pets over there. But after we become adult we hardly had time to spend over there and we had our parents with us. The contractor and my father have visited our property and they had some discusions over there also. He also searched for buyers over the net and he shared about this idea with his friends also. One day the contractor took some persons to show the property and unfortunately they had made some damage over there. He is a nice person and he took the reposnbility of the damage and by using the contractors insurance through which he can claim for the damages also. We don’t have this idea and it was he who stated about this legal procedures.
