A person with high ambition and passion in his life is Richard Coles Haiti. Being the descendant of Africans and English, he belongs to a family who own land since the slave revolution, 1803. He is the owner of an apparel assembly plant, a place which employs over 3000 people. Recently, lot of modifications was done in that plant with the introduction of several new things like locker rooms, classrooms and control lab in it. The workers are benefitted with free medical treatment apart from an above average salary. According to Richard Coles Haiti, if it were not for his plant, the earthquake would have swallowed many of his employs.
